We are being kept apart from the goings on of our governments whilst at the same time being brain washed by slogans promoting the efficacy of Free Trade, GMO's, Vaccines, Fracking and Consumerism. Repeated long enough and loud enough, we begin to believe what main stream media (MSM) are pushing on to us on behalf of their paying brethren. Our world view and thus our morality and ethics are being manipulated by these special interests.
This lack of transparency of our Governments and Big Business can particularly be seen with the secret draft of the Trans-Pacific Partnership "free trade agreement" to be negotiated on Nov 19th in Salt Lake City, USA. So secret in fact, that no one aside from Government Leaders and Big Money has seen it. Not even our local members of parliament.
Sections of this draft have been leaked and have been remarked upon in the following articles. Where you see Australia, insert USA, however, no China. I wonder why? :-
